When somebody asks you for it in writing
HOAs, lenders, property managers and homeowners all ask for the same thing in different words: an independent, qualified opinion on a tree, in writing. We’ve been giving them in this valley for forty years.

We’re a plant health care company. We don’t do the pruning or the removal. If the report says a tree should come out, we’ll point you at the crews we trust and you’ll deal with them directly.
That separation is deliberate. An arborist who profits from the removal has an interest in the answer, and we’d rather our assessment be worth something because we don’t.
